Humidity in stone warehouses can be extreme. The SW057 powder coat is applied at 90-110μm thickness — more than triple the industry minimum — with a zinc phosphate undercoat for corrosion resistance.
When an architect visits your showroom to specify stone for a project, they need to see full slabs on display. The SW057 presents each slab at a 7° tilt-back angle that keeps it stable without clamping.

What if a part arrives damaged?
We photograph every order during packing. If any component arrives damaged, send us photos of the affected parts and packaging. Replacement parts ship at our cost.
How is the rack packaged and shipped?
Steel components are foam-wrapped and packed in reinforced export cartons or plywood crates depending on order volume. We ship via sea freight FOB Xiamen, air freight, or international courier. You are welcome to use your own forwarder as well.
Where is Tsianfan located and can I visit?
Our manufacturing facility is in Xiamen, Fujian, China, about 20 minutes from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Factory visits are welcome — we can arrange airport pickup. We also offer live video walkthroughs during production if you prefer not to travel.
What surface finishing options are available?
Standard is matte black powder coating with acid pickling and anti-rust treatment. We also offer custom RAL color matching, chrome plating, and specialized coatings for outdoor or high-humidity environments.
