RACK Product Overview
Assembly hardware for the RACK is all M8 stainless steel — standard size, won’t rust, and fits the hex key included in every box. Most showrooms have the rack up in under 20 minutes.
The slot liners on the RACK are made from EPDM rubber, the same material used in automotive weather seals. They do not harden, crack, or leave marks on your tile edges.
Each RACK leaves our factory with a QR-coded inspection report showing the batch number, welder ID, coating thickness measurements, and the name of the QC inspector who signed off.
The RACK uprights are 45×45mm square tube with 2.5mm wall thickness. We publish the cross-section spec because we want you to compare it against anything else on the market.

How long does delivery take?
Standard models in stock ship within 7 business days. Custom orders typically require 15-25 business days for production. Sea freight transit varies by destination — most ports in Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia receive shipments within 25-35 days after departure.
Where is Tsianfan located and can I visit?
Our manufacturing facility is in Xiamen, Fujian, China, about 20 minutes from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Factory visits are welcome — we can arrange airport pickup. We also offer live video walkthroughs during production if you prefer not to travel.
What if a part arrives damaged?
We photograph every order during packing. If any component arrives damaged, send us photos of the affected parts and packaging. Replacement parts ship at our cost.
