Standard models in stock ship within 7 business days. Custom orders typically require 15-25 business days for production. Sea freight transit varies by destination — most ports in Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia receive shipments within 25-35 days after departure.
Where is Tsianfan located and can I visit?
Our manufacturing facility is in Xiamen, Fujian, China, about 20 minutes from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Factory visits are welcome — we can arrange airport pickup. We also offer live video walkthroughs during production if you prefer not to travel.
What if a part arrives damaged?
We photograph every order during packing. If any component arrives damaged, send us photos of the affected parts and packaging. Replacement parts ship at our cost.
