SD2017 Product Overview
The SD2017 frame uses CNC-welded joints throughout — every structural connection is a continuous weld bead, not a bolt and washer. This doubles the load rating compared to bolt-together designs.
Natural stone varies in thickness from 10mm to 30mm, and your display rack must handle that range. The SD2017 slots accept the full thickness spectrum without adapter plates or shims.
The SD2017 contact pads are made from EPDM rubber — the same material used in permanent outdoor gaskets. They won’t degrade, stain, or transfer color to light-colored stone surfaces.

Where is Tsianfan located and can I visit?
Our manufacturing facility is in Xiamen, Fujian, China, about 20 minutes from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Factory visits are welcome — we can arrange airport pickup. We also offer live video walkthroughs during production if you prefer not to travel.
What if a part arrives damaged?
We photograph every order during packing. If any component arrives damaged, send us photos of the affected parts and packaging. Replacement parts ship at our cost.
