Steel components are foam-wrapped and packed in reinforced export cartons or plywood crates depending on order volume. We ship via sea freight FOB Xiamen, air freight, or international courier. You are welcome to use your own forwarder as well.
Can the 79 be expanded later?
Most of our display racks are modular. You can bolt additional units together to create longer display walls as your product line expands. Contact us with your current configuration for expansion compatibility.
What if a part arrives damaged?
We photograph every order during packing. If any component arrives damaged, send us photos of the affected parts and packaging. Replacement parts ship at our cost.
Where is Tsianfan located and can I visit?
Our manufacturing facility is in Xiamen, Fujian, China, about 20 minutes from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Factory visits are welcome — we can arrange airport pickup. We also offer live video walkthroughs during production if you prefer not to travel.
